The Program will run from May 25 – June 25, 2008.  It is open to U.S. and Canadian law students who are in good standing at accredited law schools, and who will have completed their first year of law study by the summer.

Vancouver is simply a spectacular city for students in June (pictures at www.vancouverscenes.com).  Students can download the relevant information, from the following links:

Canadian Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for U.S. law students is US $3,000 for 4 units (2 courses) and US $4,500 for 6 units (3 courses).   Students attending Canadian law schools, however, are offered a subsidized rate, set at UBC Law School rates.  For students attending Canadian law schools, the tuition rates are CAD $1,280 for 4 units (2 courses) and CAD $1,920 for 6 units (3 courses).

The program historically has had between 30-35 students total, and classes are usually under 20 students.  Housing is available for students on campus, right next to the UBC Law School.  At least 10 spots are reserved specifically for Canadian students applying to the Program.
